The Scottish Association of Family History Societies (SAFHS) Annual Conference and Family History Fair is on Saturday 22 April 2017 at The Bay Hotel, Pettycur, Burntisland Road, Kinghorn, KY3 9YE. The theme of this years event is ‘Building Bridges: Making Connections’.
Along with many other stall holders, the National Library of Scotland will be in attendance at the Family History Fair to assist with your genealogy questions. There is also the opportunity to attend a choice of six talks on Scottish, English and Irish research topics. Further information on the available talks can be found on the SAFHS website.
Pre-booked Conference delegates will have the pleasure of hearing our Maps Manager, Craig Statham, talk about maps and family history in his presentation ‘Connecting people and places’.
